Kaduna- The Association of Blind People in Kaduna state(ABPK) has called on the State Governor, Mallam Nasir Ahmad el-rufai to fulfil his 2015 and 2019 campaign promises to them rather than arresting physically challenged persons in the state.
The Public Relation Officer (PRO) of ABPK Mallam Sadiku Ahmed made the appeal while addressing newsmen in Kaduna on Monday.
