Considering the commitment and focus of the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, North West Zone in grassroots development and grooming of talents, the zone will be producing world class athletes and emerge leader in sporting activities in a couple of years.

President of the NIgeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF) expressed this on Monday in Kaduna, when the North West Zonal Coordinator, Alhaji Abdullahi Idris led top management staff on a courtesy visit to Nimrod at his office.

“We may not be at the head of sports now, but I am assuring you that in a matter of one or two years, North West will take over,” he said.
