A woman allegedly forced to take COVID-19 Vaccine has been hospitalized for vomiting blood through mouth and nose.
The woman claiming Hamatu Tango said she took the vaccine based on directive compelling all civil servant in the state to take the jab as panacea for receiving the salary under the civil service.
She said as a civil servant she went and collected the vaccine on Thursday 25th March at kaduna South local government Secretariat.
The victim maintained that she started feeling deasiling immediately after collecting the injection on Thursday and started vomiting blood through her mouth and nose on Saturday evening about two days later in the house.
Mrs Tanko said the vomiting continue and was taken to Gwanna Awan General hospital on Sunday where she was given injection that relieved the headache pain and was ask to buy and continue with Paracetamol tablet at home after discharged. “I was also asked do test.
Accordingt her she was again later taken to one Asmit specialist hospital at Gwa near Nasarawa area in kaduna South, as her condition apparently get worsened.
Efforts made to confirm from government officials proved abortive as state internal security and Home Affairs commissioner Mr Samuel Aruwan could not respond.
Councilor, one other person slain in kaduna by bandits ..As mob also attacks herders, cattle in Zango kataf By Achadu Gabriel, Kaduna Again bandits have reportdly killed two persons including a former Councilor in Birinin Gwari and kajuru local government areas of Kaduna state. A statement by internal security and Home Affairs commissioner Mr Samuel Aruwan also disclosed that Herders and cattle were also attacked by mob in Zangon Kataf local government area of the State. Accordingt to Aruwan, Security agencies reported that armed bandits killed one Dayyabu Jafar, former Councillor of Gayam Ward, Birnin Gwari LGA. The statement made available on Thursday noted that the victim was attacked and slained while working on his farm in Ungwan Fada, Birnin Gwari LGA. In a separate incident, one other person, Yusuf Dallatu, was killed by bandits at Kasuwan Magani general area of Kajuru LGA”, it stated.. Also troops under the auspices of Operation Safe Haven (OPSH) have also reported that a mob attacked some herders and their cattle along the Mabushi Cattle route in Zangon Kataf local government area. According to the report, the herders, who were in the employ of one Alhaji Usman Abdullahi of Bakin Kogi, Kauru LGA, were moving their cattle from Fadan Kaje to Bakin Kogi via the cattle route, when they were attacked. The mob, in large numbers and wielding machetes and other weapons were repelled by troops who responded to a distress call, according to state Security Update on Thursday 1st April 2021. The troops reportedly provided security cover for the herders to recover their scattered cattle. All the cows were recovered, save one which was later found dead in a swamp. One cow was also wounded with a machete cut. One herder, Nasril Musa, sustained an injury from being pelted over his right eye. He was taken to hospital where he was treated and discharged. The troops escorted the herders to their destination in Bakin Kogi, Kauru LGA, to prevent further tension. Responding, to the reports, Governor Nasir El-Rufai prayed for the repose of the souls of the slain, and sent condolences to their families. On the attack in Zangon Kataf LGA, the Governor thanked the troops for their prompt intervention against the mob. He appealed for calm and directed that security be intensified in the general area. While wishing the injured herder a full recovery, he also tasked security agencies to ensure a thorough investigation into the attack. “Investigations into the incident are in progress”, it added.
