Following the deadline issued by kaduna abductors of Greenfield university students that the hostages will be killed on Tuesday if the State does not come up with N100million and Ten motocyles as ransom, the National Chairman of Parents Teachers Association of Nigeria, Alhaji Haruna Danjuma has appealed to bandits not to kill the young Nigerians.
In an interview with pressmen on Tueday morning, Alhaji Danjuma pleaded with the bandits to have mercy and spare the lives of the young Nigerians saying that Nigerians will be grateful if the bandits do not harm anyone again
Danjuma also called on the Federal , State Government to do all things humanly possible to see that the students are brought back safe and sound . He also added that the threat by the bandits to execute the students are real.
“In view of this situation, I am callinf on the Federal and State Governments to put aside shame and pride and see that the children are brought home safely “
He also called on well meaning and well to do Nigerians as well as Law makers at both Federal and State levels to also intervene
