The National Publicity Secretary of the Nation Rescue Movement, NRM, Comrade Olusola Afuye has described the purported suspension of the National Chairman of the party, Ambassador Isaac Ude and the National Organising Secretary, Mr Mohammed drisu as illegal

He also described the allegations against the two top party members as false as the allegations against them remains in the realm of speculation since they were neither investigated nor found guilty.

According to Afuye the meeting called by Senator Saidu Dansadau is illegal because he does not have the constitutional right to call or presides over NEC meeting.

The Nation Publicity Secretary, promises that the party National Working Committee will look into it and therefore urged the public to know that the NRM, under the leadership of Amb. Issac Udeh is still in full control of the situation.

It could be recalled the Senator Dansadau and Mazi Nwa- Anyajike had alleged that the two officers of the party had forged the signature of the party’s Presidential Flag Bearer.

The National Working Committee of our great party, shall make use of every internal mechanism to resolve every issue.
