If you are a serious investor, you may find yourself having accounts at different brokerages. Or, perhaps, you only invest with a brokerage, but their application interface seems very ugly to you. summit solves both of these problems by providing a clean, comprehensive interface for tracking all your investments across Apple devices.
Main features
summit allows you to add all your investments in one comprehensive place. It has a simple, easy-to-understand dashboard that will show all your investments, their value over time and a total of the daily change. There’s also an analytics tab that will break down your portfolio for you – all with real-time data.
It requires you to manually enter your data, so a bit of a time investment is required – although the app also allows you to import CSV to make this process easier. Once you’ve entered all your details, you’re off to the races.
The app will use real-time data to calculate your overall portfolio value across all your accounts. The best thing is that if you set your cost base when you set up the app, it can show you exactly how well your investments have done over time. Everything is also calculated on the device. with summityou can easily view historical returns, how your assets are allocated and see what your largest positions are – across all your accounts.
