Ryan ten Doeschate reunites with the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) within 24 hours after stepping down as the Indian Men’s assistant coach.
The former Netherlands national cricket team player is set to carry a bigger role compared to his previous stint with the Kolkata Knight Riders. Doeschate previously served as the fielding coach of KKR from 2022 to 2024, and this time he has been appointed Head of Cricket Strategy at Knight Riders Sports.

This means he will have to look after Kolkata Knight Riders and the other teams owned by the franchise across other leagues in the world.
