The Lobos hammered Mercyhurst 70-7 Saturday at home in Albuquerque. UNM’s Luke Moga tossed two touchdown passes, and scored a TD rushing, and Scottre Humphrey rushed for 110 yards and two touchdowns. Mercyhurst’s Jeremy Yancey caught a touchdown pass to go with his 75 receiving yards. Clay Martineau led New Mexico with seven stops, Jahmir Torres hauled in an interception, and Jayden Flaker recovered a fumble. Mark Hawkins Jr. paced Mercyhurst with 11 tackles. The Lobos defense sacked Mercyhurst’s quarterback five times. The Lobos defense stuffed Mercyhurst behind the line of scrimmage on 40.0% of rushing attempts. It was a dominant performance by the Lobos from start to finish.

The Mean Green upended the Rebels 44-6 Saturday at home in Denton. Dominic De Freitas kicked three field goals for North Texas. UNLV’s Ramon Villela kicked two field goals. CJ Coombes led the Mean Green with seven stops, Bryce Garza pulled down a pick, and Zakye Barker recovered a fumble. Cam Santee paced UNLV with eight tackles. The Mean Green defense sacked UNLV’s quarterback four times. UNT outgained UNLV in total yards 446-301. It was a dominant performance by the Mean Green from start to finish.

Micah Welch rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown for Colorado, and Joseph Williams caught two touchdown passes to go with his 123 receiving yards. Jah Jah Boyd led CU with eight stops, Randon Fontenette pulled down a pick, and Carson Crawford recovered a fumble. Teni Worthen paced Weber State with eight tackles. CU outgained Weber State in total yards 578-373. It was a dominant performance by the Buffaloes from start to finish.

Cal won despite being outgained by Syracuse in total yards 436-249.

BYU’s Bear Bachmeier threw for 217 yards and three touchdowns, and scored a TD rushing, and Kyler Kasper hauled in two touchdown receptions. Cannon DeVries led Brigham Young with nine stops, and Cade Uluave pulled down a pick. Quinn Olson paced Arizona with six tackles. BYU outgained Arizona in total yards 365-327.

Washington’s Demond Williams Jr. passed for 249 yards. USU’s Grady Brosterhous tossed two touchdown passes, and Javon Robinson caught a touchdown pass to go with his 100 receiving yards. Tyler Robles kicked three field goals for Washington. Alex McLaughlin led the Huskies with nine stops, and Rahshawn Clark hauled in an interception. Kye Stokes paced Utah State with eight tackles. The Huskies defense stuffed USU behind the line of scrimmage on 46.2% of rushing attempts.

Marcus Ratcliffe led TAMU with seven stops, Marco Jones hauled in an interception and returned it 55 yards for a touchdown, and Dalton Brooks recovered a fumble. Martell Hughes paced ASU with eight tackles. TAMU won despite being outgained by ASU in total yards 369-255.
