He began with a pinpoint yorker to Sam Curran, nailing the blockhole and denying any room for a big shot. On the second delivery, he produced another yorker at the stumps, restricting Curran to just a single.
Jacob Bethell, who was batting brilliantly, faced the third ball. Bumrah bowled a dipping yorker outside off, conceding only a single. The fourth delivery was a rare miss, a low full toss on the pads, which Curran clipped to midwicket for two runs. However, Bumrah quickly regained control. The fifth ball, another full delivery at the stumps, allowed just a single to mid-on.
To cap off the over, Bumrah executed a perfect yorker at Bethell’s toes. The left-hander could only squeeze it out to midwicket for a single. In total, the over yielded just six runs, a remarkable effort considering the match situation and the pressure of a high-scoring semi-final.

Speaking about the match, India had posted a daunting 253/7 in their 20 overs, powered by Sanju Samson’s explosive 89 off 42 balls.
