Update: Apple released the public beta a few hours after the developer beta.
iOS 26.4 developer beta 4 is now available. The update comes after Apple released two versions of the third developer beta. iOS 26.4 includes a number of exciting new features and changes, including AI-powered Apple Music updates.
The changes we have seen comes in iOS 26.4 so far include:
- Redesigned Apple Music album and playlist views
- Apple Music’s Playlist Playground feature powered by AI
- Personal Hotspot data usage reports per device
- and much more.
Apple is also testing end-to-end encrypted RCS messages and one eimproved video podcast experience. iOS 26.4 enables Stolen device detection by defaultAND iOS 26 CarPlay video support you are seeing progress. iOS 26.4 beta 2 further changed some future changes.
