Dhurandhar: The Revenge – Movie Plot
Following the events of Dhurandhar, Arshad Pappu (Ashwin Dhar) takes over Lyari while Hamza Ali Mazari (Ranveer Singh), Uzair Baloch (Danish Pandor), and the rest of the family and gang members of Rehman Dakait (Akshaye Khanna) are in a state of mourning. Soon, Hamza and Uzair fight back against Arshad Pappu and his gang, successfully eliminating him. The level of brutality in Uzair’s attack for revenge is so severe that the Pakistan government is forced to arrest him.
After Uzair is arrested and imprisoned, Hamza becomes the King of Lyari to handle the responsibilities and duties of Rehman Dakait for a brief period. Soon after taking up the role of an underworld gang leader, he steps into politics and wins the next election, successfully becoming the King of Karachi. His quick rise, along with his reputation, attracts the attention of Bade Sahab. What happens next forms the rest of the film.

Worth Your Money Right From the Beginning
The first half of Dhurandhar 2 2026 is made brilliant by the emotions in it, along with the ample amount of emotions, elevation blocks given to different characters, and an interesting interval block. It also explores the much-awaited backstory of Jaskirat Singh Rangi, which hits you hard and fits in the narrative very well. Along with it, there are ample twists and turns that you could not have predicted. Such a package of elements right at the start of the film makes you get the rare feeling of Paisa Vasool.
In this first half, there are several moments where you would miss Akshaye Khanna as Rehman Dakait and his Kasainuma action scenes and cigarettes, so influential was his performance in carrying Dhurandhar Part 1. However, those memories do not stay for long as the film lets you delve further into the characters actually present in it.
Additionally, nowhere do you feel that the story of Dhurandhar 2 is continuing just for the sake of it being released, just because Aditya Dhar has shot it. That’s not the case as the story continues, completely logical and well-written. While you do feel that something does not make sense at several moments, the movie proves you wrong by justifying itself.
The Power-Packed Second Half
The second half is the clear definition of a riot, where almost every scene excites you more and more. Additionally, it also teaches Indian filmmakers not to rush things to end their film, even when it is nearing a total run time of almost 4 hours. Throughout this runtime, you do not feel like shifting your gaze from the screen for even a second because so much is happening, and the film has managed to engage you enough to watch every chapter thoroughly.
The necessary twists and turns of the film, along with the many action pieces that continue in the second half, make Dhurandhar: The Revenge a true mass entertainer, shifting from the slow, classy feel of Dhurandhar Part 1 without disconnecting them.
