Apple publishes details on security updates in the latest OS versions
Following the release of iOS 26.3, iOS 18.7.5, macOS Tahoe 26.3 and more, Apple has released the full list of security fixes included in the updates.

On the iPhone and iPad in particular, the list of fixes is particularly long. By my count, there are 37 security issues addressed by iOS and iPadOS 26.3.
Most of them do not necessarily have evidence that they have been exploited. However, there is at least one exception.
In the case of a dyld vulnerability where an “attacker with the ability to write memory may be able to execute arbitrary code,” Apple says it is “aware of a report that this issue may have been exploited in an extremely sophisticated attack against specific targeted individuals in iOS versions prior to iOS 26.”
