Film On The Verge Of Entering Rs 900 Crore Club In India

Ranveer Singh’s Lyari Saga, Dhuandhaar: The Revenge, refuses to slow down as it nears two weeks at the box office.

After day 13, the film’s domestic gross collection stands at ₹1,077.41 crore and net collection at ₹899.92 crore.

Overseas, the film collected ₹8.00 crore on day 13, taking its total overseas gross to ₹358.00 crore so far. This pushes the worldwide gross to ₹1,435.41 crore.

Breaking Down the Numbers

On Tuesday, the film minted ₹27.75 crore in the domestic market—slightly higher than Monday’s numbers from 17,883 shows.

The Hindi version contributed ₹26 crore, and Telugu added ₹1 crore to the total.

Making the most of the extended weekend, Dhuandhaar: The Revenge started its box office journey with ₹102.55 crore on March 19.

The numbers were consolidated by ₹80.72 crore on March 20 and ₹113 crore on March 21.

On March 22, the film was allotted 21,633 shows in India and made ₹114.85 crore.

On March 23—the first Monday since the film’s release—the numbers dropped to ₹65 crore.

Throughout the last week, collections ranged between ₹40 crore and ₹60 crore before stepping into the weekend.

From paid previews on March 18, the film minted ₹43 crore.

Overseas Collection

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh said the film had a blockbuster hold over its second weekend in the overseas market.

In Australia, the film has retained a stellar run so far. It has already emerged as the highest-grossing Indian film of all time, collecting A$6.37M in just 11 days.

It has comfortably crossed the lifetime numbers of films like PathaanJawan, and Animal—and has done so in record time. The film also became the first-ever Indian title to breach the A$6M mark within just 10 days, highlighting its extraordinary pace and strong trend, reported Sacnilk.

Dhuandhaar 2, released in December 2025, emerged as the year’s highest-grossing film and the top earner in a single language. It surpassed the lifetime haul of Dhuandhaar within 11 days.

Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, and Sanjay Dutt reprise their roles in this instalment.
