In response, LSG had a shaky start as early wickets dented their chase. Their openers Mitchell Marsh and Aiden Markram got starts but failed to convert, while captain Rishabh Pant also could not make a significant impact. However, Ayush Badoni kept Lucknow in the hunt with a crucial 54 off 34 balls, anchoring the innings amid regular wickets. Just when KKR seemed to have the game under control after Badoni’s dismissal, the match took a dramatic turn.
