The dramatic incident happened during Kolkata Knight Riders’ innings after the final ball of the sixth over was bowled by young pacer Rasikh Salam. The Australian all-rounder had sliced a slower delivery towards point for a single while batting alongside Angkrish Raghuvanshi.
As the players were changing positions, Kohli and RCB wicketkeeper Jitesh Sharma were walking towards their spots. At the same time, Green was standing near the striker’s end. Suddenly, Kohli and Green came very close to each other, and what happened next shocked fans.
