NCC Ltd

NCCL, a construction and infrastructure sector company, is an infrastructure solutions provider that has expanded its presence in the construction and infrastructure development sectors. Its construction endeavours span across the nation and encompass Buildings, Transportation, Water and Environment, Electrical Transmission and Distribution, Irrigation, Mining, and Railways projects. 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 9,511 crore, the shares of NCC Limited were opened today at Rs. 149.05 per share. On 16th February 2026, A V S R Holdings Private Limited, part of the Promoter category, acquired 3,15,000 shares at an average price of Rs. 152.7, increasing its holding to 68,154,983 shares (10.86 percent). The total value of this transaction was Rs. 4.80 Crores

Orient Bell Ltd

Incorporated in 1977, Orient Bell Ltd is a leading Indian manufacturer of ceramic and vitrified tiles, boasting an annual production capacity of over 42 million square meters. With manufacturing units in Sikandrabad, Hoskote, and Dora, the company offers a diverse portfolio of over 3,000+ designs, including wall, floor, and specialty tiles.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 445 crore, the shares of Orient Bell Limited were opened today at Rs. 302 per share. On 16th February 2026, Freesia Investment and Trading Company Limited, part of the Promoter category, acquired 2,761 shares at an average price of Rs. 294.9, increasing its holding to 672,721 shares (4.57 percent). The total value of this transaction was Rs. 8.14 lakh.

Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd

Incorporated on March 26, 1993, Som Distilleries and Breweries Limited (SDBL) is the flagship company of the Bhopal-based Som Group and is engaged in the production of beer and the blending and bottling of IMFL. The company’s manufacturing unit is located in Raisen, Madhya Pradesh, with an installed capacity of 15.2 million cases per annum (mcpa) of beer and 1.2 mcpa of IMFL.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 1,614 crore, the shares of Som Distilleries & Breweries Limited were opened today at Rs. 82 per share. On 16th February 2026, Deepal Arrora, part of the Promoter category, acquired 10,000 shares at an average price of Rs. 83.2, increasing its holding to 4,542,525 shares (2.18 percent). The total value of this transaction was Rs. 8.31 lakh.

Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd

With a market capitalization of Rs. 32.14 crore, the shares of Tree House Education & Accessories Limited were opened today at Rs. 7.66 per share. On 16th February 2026, Abhishek Bhatia, part of the Promoter category, acquired 25,250 shares at an average price of Rs. 7.9, increasing its holding to 1,378,600 shares (3.26 percent). The total value of this transaction was Rs. 2 lakh.

Sunshield Chemicals Ltd

On 16th February 2026, Swarna Malhotra, part of the Promoter category, acquired 600 shares at an average price of Rs. 825.7, increasing its holding to 47,690 shares (0.55 percent). The total value of this transaction was Rs. 4.95 lakh.

Sastasundar Ventures Ltd

Incorporated in 1989, Sastasundar Ventures Ltd, a Core Investment Company (CIC), operates through multiple subsidiaries and offers a digital platform for pharmacy, wellness, and diagnostics, serving both B2B and B2C segments with person-centric healthcare solutions.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 916 crore, the shares of Sastasundar Ventures Limited were opened today at Rs 295.30 per share. On 16th February 2026, Banwari Lal Mittal, part of the Promoter category, acquired 8,000 shares at an average price of Rs. 301.6, increasing its holding to 10,746,603 shares (33.78 percent). The total value of this transaction was Rs. 24.13 lakh.
