After unveiling the Lava Bold N2 4G in India back in February, the Indian brand has now announced the 5G variant of the handset. The Bold N2 5G comes with a bigger battery and the Unisoc T8200 chipset.
It sports a 6.75-inch LCD display that offers an HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen features a waterdrop notch, which houses a 5MP front facing camera.
The Lava Bold N2 5G is powered by the 6nm octa-core Unisoc T8200 SoC, which is paired with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It is available with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB UFS 2.2 storage.
Lava is offering a 6,000mAh battery on the handset and it supports 18W fast charging. Notably, the 4G variant of the phone came with a 5,000mAh cell.
In the camera department, there’s a 13MP rear camera that sits inside a square shaped module. There’s also an auxiliary lens and an LED flash.
The handset offers a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual SIM support, expandable storage via a microSD card slot, and an IP64 rating. It runs Android 16 out-of-the-box.
The Lava Bold N2 5G weighs 210g and is 8.75mm thick. For connectivity, it offers Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, 4G VoLTE, and a USB Type-C port.
Coming to the pricing, the phone will be available for purchase via Amazon India and offline stores starting June 9. It is priced at INR 12,999 ($135) and will be sold in Billionaire Blue and Regal Gold color options.
