- Better supply chain control and quality management
- Ability to target domestic and international markets
- Flexibility to expand into new device categories in the future

Madhav Sheth, CEO, Ai+ Smartphone and Founder, NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, regarding the deal, said, “In a market where most smartphones still come from Chinese and other global brands, there is clear scope for an Indian brand that treats quality and sovereignty as non-negotiable. This manufacturing deal at OELn proves that at the helm of OELn is a significant manufacturing capacity at OELn. Ai+ Smartphone brings a stack of software authorized from India and a roadmap that spans phones, tablets, AIoT and wearables, we are collectively engaging capital, creating jobs and building on the Government of India’s Make in India vision so that more value in this industry is created here, not just assembled here.
Commenting on the deal, Ashok Gupta, Director, Optiemus Electronics Limited, said, “We are very excited to work with Ai+ Smartphone, a dedicated Indian brand that is clear on scale, security and long-term commitment to the market. With our electronics manufacturing facilities and experience, we will enable Ai+ as it powers new smart and smart device categories, creating new devices from inert intelligence. Future growth led by exports.”
The collaboration between Ai+ Smartphone and Optiemus Electronics is expected to support the growth of India’s domestic technology manufacturing sector.
