Results Highlights
QoQ View: The revenue from operations grew by 3,727 percent to Rs 84.2 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 2.20 crore in Q2 FY26, and EBIDT grew by 30,900 percent to Rs 15.5 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 0.05 crore in Q2 FY26. Accompanied by a net profit growth of 155 percent to Rs 2.19 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 0.86 crore in Q2 FY26.
YoY View: The revenue from operations grew by 4,476 percent to Rs 84.2 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 1.84 crore in Q3 FY25, and EBIDT grew by 8,058 percent to Rs 15.5 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 0.19 crore in Q3 FY25. Accompanied by a net profit growth of 4,280 percent to Rs 2.19 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 0.05 crore in Q3 FY25, resulting in an EPS growth of 3,200 percent to Rs 0.66 per share in Q3 FY26.
During the current quarter, the company commenced commercial operations at its new 300 KLPD grain-based ethanol plant in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, strengthening production capacity and supporting growth in the biofuel segment.
In December 2025, the company’s shareholding pattern saw notable shifts compared to last year. Promoters reduced their stake to 61.27 percent from 69.34 percent, while FII holdings rose sharply to 25.72 percent from 17.87 percent, reflecting increased institutional interest. Meanwhile, public shareholding edged up marginally to 12.99 percent from 12.79 percent.
