Exclusive: Tu Yaa Main Actor Ansh Chopra on Adarsh Gourav’s Prank on Sets: “He Locked Me…”

Opening up about the various pranks played amongst the cast and crew, Ansh shared that Adarsh and him would always pull pranks on one another. Speaking about one such instance, he revealed, “Bejoy (Nambiar) sir, along with Adarsh Gourav and Shanaya Kapoor, were discussing a scene with the crocodile. I went behind and pulled Adarsh’s leg. He was scared and shouted really bad. I was laughing throughout. However, he locked me in a vanity van for hours. Everyone was searching for me. Bejoy sir was angry. I told him Adarsh pulled a prank on me.”

In another instance, Ansh remembers being pranked by Adarsh in a different manner. Apparently, the Superboys of Malegaon actor asked Ansh to be very coy around the director, Bejoy Nambiar. He said, “On the first day, Adarsh told me Bejoy sir was very strict. He asked me to be disciplined around him. I was also told to touch his feet before beginning shoot. When I did that, Bejoy sir could not believe me.” Ansh added, “Everyone on set was fun. It was a wholesome experience working with Shanaya, Adarsh and Parul Gulati as well. I could not have asked for a better cast.”
