India Meteorological Department-Hyderabad received a bomb threat on Friday (March 6, 2026), which turned out to be a hoax
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) office in Hyderabad was placed on high alert on Friday (March 6, 2026) after receiving a bomb threat by email, which was later found to be a hoax.
The threat message was delivered to the office’s official email id at about 6.30 a.m. on Friday and office personnel noticed it about 9.30 am and alerted the authorities, police said.
