The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is set to debut in China and global markets on April 21. Ahead of the launch, Oppo has revealed the phone’s full camera specifications, while its design and other key specs have surfaced via a China Telecom listing.
Oppo recently confirmed that the Find X9 Ultra will feature a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom, and has now revealed the rest of the device’s camera specs through a social media post.
It will feature a 200MP primary sensor with an almost 1-inch size, said to deliver 10% better light intake than the Find X8 Ultra. The phone will also include a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, claimed to offer 36% improved light intake over its predecessor.
The Find X9 Ultra will also pack a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 50MP front-facing shooter, both claimed to capture 56% more light than the previous model. Additionally, the device will include a new true color camera said to be 43% more light-sensitive, which according to the China Telecom listing, is a 3.2MP sensor.
The China Telecom listing also reveals that the phone will feature a 6.78-inch display with a 3168 × 1440 resolution. It further suggests that the Find X9 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
According to the listing, the device will be offered in Polar Glacier, Rongsha Valley, and Tundra color options, with the design shown in the Tundra finish. The right side is seen to house the volume and power keys along with a camera button, while the left side appears to feature the quick shortcut button.
While the camera module is noticeably thick, it is not as pronounced as the one on the recently launched vivo X300 Ultra.
The Oppo Find X9 Ultra will be unveiled in China on April 21 alongside the Find X9s Ultra.
