Trump announces ‘major combat operations’ in Iran

Donald Trump has announced the US has started “major combat operations” in Iran, accusing the Iranian regime of waging an “unending campaign of bloodshed and mass murder targeting the United States”.

The US president released a video on his social media network Truth Social in the early hours of the morning in the US, shortly after explosions were reported in the Iranian capital Tehran.
