Governor Arlekar, party leaders pay tribute to soldiers on occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas

On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Tamil Nadu Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, BJP State unit president Nainar Nagenthran, and We The Leaders founder K. Annamalai paid tributes to soldiers of the Indian Armed Forces.

In a post on X, the Lok Bhavan, quoting Mr. Arlekar, said: “On the solemn occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, I pay my heartfelt tributes to the valiant soldiers of the Indian Armed Forces whose unparalleled courage, unwavering determination, and supreme sacrifice secured our nation’s victory in the Kargil War. Their heroism continues to inspire generations and reminds us that the security and sovereignty of our nation are safeguarded by the selfless service of our brave warriors. Let us reaffirm our gratitude to our Armed Forces and resolve to uphold the ideals of patriotism, unity, and national service. Jai Hind!”

In a social media post, Mr. Nagenthran lauded the contributions of the Armed Forces .The nation would remain indebted to them for their sacrifices, the BJP leader said.

Mr. Annamalai, in a social media post, said that on this day, he remembered the courage, grit and selflessness of the soldiers who fought under impossible circumstances. “Their sacrifice reminds us that our nation’s strength rests on the resolve of those who protect it,” he added.
