Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) authorities hold a Grama Sabha in Amaravati on Tuesday.

The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) on Tuesday conducted Gram Sabhas in Ananthavaram and Nekkallu villages as part of the West Central-1 Grid to seek public feedback on the Amaravati Master Plan and proposed village road circulation network.
The consultations focused on preparing village circulation plans and village integration plans under the Amaravati Master Plan. APCRDA officials explained the proposed road network, village connectivity, and integration of existing roads with the Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) road network while encouraging residents to share their suggestions and concerns.
Special Deputy Collector P. Padmavathi briefed villagers on the plans to connect existing roads with the proposed LPS network and highlighted infrastructure development aimed at meeting future transportation and civic requirements.
Officials said that comprehensive surveys of existing village roads, circulation patterns, and the LPS road network were being undertaken to gather data for preparing efficient road circulation plans and strengthening future infrastructure development. Suggestions received from residents will be examined before finalising the village circulation and village integration plans for each village.
According to the APCRDA schedule, similar Gram Sabhas will be conducted in all capital region villages in phases. The next meetings will be held in Tulluru at 11 a.m. and Nelapadu at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday (August 5), with APCRDA officials and technical experts interacting directly with villagers.
