Preevijayshan

We all meet with so many people in our lives, but only some leave a huge impact on others. Such is the story of knowing Preethi. We came to know about her first through Srivani Madam (she is one of blog’s peer).

We knew Preethi as a singer with a strong classical background in Carnatic from her Smule Profile long back; so when we decided to invite her for a feature it was so much excitement. When she accepted our invitation and co-operated to write this feature we were ecstatic.

Arranged to meet with her on a late Sunday afternoon was an experience that beyond words. Was super jittery about the interview questions, yet made up the mind and when called we saw this personality and interactions that emanate intellect and knowledge and very distinct views on south India’s music; it is absolutely refreshing to share them here.
