NEW DELHI: The Delhi high court on Tuesday quashed FSSAI‘s order directing Austrian beverage maker Red Bull to stop using the “energy drink” descriptor on its cans, saying the company was not given an opportunity to explain its position before the decision was taken.The court set aside the order issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) against the company.
