The first iOS 26.4 release candidate is now available. iOS 26.4 includes a number of exciting new features and changes, including new emoji updates and Apple Music AI.
The changes we have seen comes in iOS 26.4 so far include:

- Apple Music’s Playlist Playground feature powered by AI
- Personal Hotspot data usage reports per device
- 8 new emoji characters
- and much more.
Apple is also testing end-to-end encrypted RCS messages and one eimproved video podcast experience. iOS 26.4 enables Stolen device detection by defaultAND iOS 26 CarPlay video support you are seeing progress.
