The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested two senior executives of Reliance Communications Ltd. (RCom) in connection with a case alleging wrongful loss of about ₹2,929.05 crore to the State Bank of India (SBI), said the agency on Monday (April 20, 2026).
The accused, D. Vishwanath and Anil Kalya, are linked to a case registered by the CBI in August 2025 against RCom, its former director Anil Ambani and others, following a complaint lodged by the SBI.
