Harish Rao alleges ₹5,000 cr. scam in HAM roads’ tenders

Deputy Floor Leader of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) in the Assembly T. Harish Rao alleged a major scam in the tenders called for HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model) roads in the Roads & Buildings and Panchayat Raj departments, as the tenders were quoted at 25% excess.
