In the last ball of the penultimate over of the powerplay, Raghuvanshi attempted to run a single against Prince Yadav, and the ball was cleanly collected at short mid-wicket by the LSG fielder.
Raghuvanshi, halfway through the pitch, looked to turn back and, in the process, had to take a U-turn, which led the ball to hit his boots as the fielder aimed at the stumps. However, LSG appealed for an obstruction in the field, and the TV umpire found Raghuvanshi guilty over the same, thus declaring him out.

After assessing the conditions, the TV umpire concluded that Angkrish Raghuvanshi had been keeping an eye on the ball and his turn was intentional in order to block the path of the ball aimed at the stumps.
