According to Sacnilk, ‘Jana Nayagan’ collected Rs 3.60 crore net in India on Day 18. The film had earned Rs 2.55 crore on its third Saturday. The latest figure marks a 41.2% increase in its daily earnings.The Vijay-starrer recorded the Day 18 collection across 2,148 shows. Its total India net collection has now reached Rs 192.30 crore. The film’s cumulative India gross stands at Rs 224.03 crore.
Worldwide collection crosses Rs 317 crore
‘Jana Nayagan’ collected Rs 10 lakhs from international markets on Day 18. Its overseas gross collection has now reached Rs 93.15 crore. When combined with its India gross of Rs 224.03 crore, the film’s worldwide gross collection stands at Rs 317.18 crore.H.Vinoth’s film earned Rs 3.53 crore gross from Tamil Nadu. Karnataka contributed Rs 20 lakhs, while Kerala added Rs 8 lakhs. Andhra Pradesh and Telangana together contributed Rs 1 lakh. The rest of India accounted for another Rs 29 lakhs. The total India gross for the day stood at Rs 4.11 crore.

The Tamil version earned Rs 3.35 crore net on Day 18 and registered 47% occupancy.The overall occupancy for the Tamil version stood at 50.96%. Morning shows recorded 34.85% occupancy. Afternoon shows registered 58.77%, while evening shows recorded 58.23%. The night shows had 34% occupancy.The Hindi version collected Rs 25 lakhs net and recorded 14% occupancy. Its overall occupancy for the day stood at 20.65%. Morning shows registered 8.55% occupancy. Afternoon and evening shows recorded 15.55% and 15.64%, respectively. Night shows registered 20.27%.
