A court in Mandya has sentenced a 39-year-old man to life imprisonment for murdering his wife.
According to a note, the accused identified as Ajmal Khan, originally a resident of Ramanagaram Town Extension Layout and later residing in Dhanaguru village of Malavalli taluk in Mandya district, had married Salma Begum in January 2006.
