Every tithi, nakshatra, yoga and karana change; Moon rashi transits; sankranti
(Sun entering a rashi); full and new moon, each naming the lunar month it starts
(amanta and purnimanta, adhik-aware); and solar and lunar eclipses. Every almanac
time is the same engine and the same instant as the Hindu Calendar app.
Eclipse times come from the astronomical catalogues rather than the app’s engine, and
are the global instant of greatest eclipse (for the Moon, the whole penumbral phase).
Whether an eclipse is visible from where you are — and any observance that follows
from that — depends on your location and is not part of these feeds.
Add ?lang=hi (or mr, gu, bn, ta, te, kn, ml, sa) to any feed URL for localized names —
e.g. /feed/digest.txt?lang=hi. Filter event types with ?kinds=tithi,nakshatra,sankranti.
