Vaman Ramachandrasa Bhandge

Senior photojournalist Vaman Ramachandrasa Bhandge died in Hubballi on Friday. He was 54.
A month ago, he suffered multiple injuries in a road accident.
He suffered a heart attack and a brain haemorrhage on Friday morning.
He served for several years as a photographer for several dailies like Samyukta Karnataka and Times of India in Dharwad district. He also set up a studio in Keshwapur.
He is survived by his his wife, two daughters and a son. The final rites were conducted in Hubballi on Friday evening.
Office-bearers of various journalist associations have expressed their condolences.
