Rajasthan Royals (RR) are coming into the Indian Premier League 2026 (IPL 2026) with many big changes. They will be without their former captain, Sanju Samson for the first time in seven years, with Riyan Parag making his debut as full-time RR captain.

Their first three matches, including against Mumbai Indians on April 7 and the Royal Challengers Bengaluru on April 10, will all be played in Guwahati, giving them a chance to start strong in their second home.
