Quick hands from Sanju Samson plucked the important wicket of the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) batter Heinrich Klaasen. The way Samson quickly gathered the ball and dismantled the bails off the stumps, it remained a moment for MS Dhoni.
SRH lost the wicket of Heinrich Klaasen at a crucial juncture of the match against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in Chepauk. The South African middle-order batter missed his half-century by only three runs.
Sanju Samson’s lightning fast responce forced Heinrich Klaasen to depart in a crucial moment of the CSK vs SRH match.
Klaasen departed for a well-made 47 off 26. His innings was laced with six 4s and a couple of 6s. This can be a match-turning moment. For the third delivery of the 15th over of the second innings, CSK’s overseas spinner Noor Ahmed changed his angle and delivered a googly coming from over the wicket.
Klaasen stayed on the leg side to play an inside-out stroke, but missed the ball only by a few inches. In trying to make a shot, the back foot of the batter went slightly out of the crease. By only a few millimeters, he lost his wicket as Sanju Samson dislodged the bails, wasting no time.
A heated moment between Heinrich Klaasen and Sanju Samson
While returning to the pavilion, Heinrich Klaasen was absolutely furious and threw some words at Sanju Samson as well. The dismissed batter even turned his head back to offer some words to the Chennai Super Kings keeper. It is unclear what the batter exactly told the opposing player, but from the gesture and expression, it was clear that those words were not friendly.

Went to bat first, the home team, CSK, scored 180 runs. Dewald Brevis and Kartik Sharma came to rescue the team from danger. After the innings, Brevis informed that the track was not very easy to bat on and score runs swiftly.
The pitch was a bit tricky for the batters
On the tricky pitch, the experienced SRH batter did his part precisely. Because of the 47-run knock, Hyderabad came close to the target score, and eventually won the match as well. With 16 points, they are confirmed to play the play-offs.
“Yeah, it was a difficult chase coming in, chasing a score like that on this wicket is always a tough task. But yeah, happy for the team. It’s a brilliant performance. And one more game, group stage game to go. (You looked in great touch. Happy?) Yeah, the first couple of balls I blocked and I said, no, I can’t play cricket like this.”
“I need to be aggressive on this wicket and it made my way tonight. So yeah, I’m happy with the way I’m striking the ball. Hopefully it continues for the rest of the competition,” Heinrich Klassen said after the match.
